Dr. Shalima Mehta is the founder of SM Aesthetics MD. She is a board certified Family Physician practicing in Brampton, Ontario. She completed her residency training in Pittsburgh, PA before ultimately moving back home to Canada. In her family practice, she focuses on preventative medicine, women’s health and obstetrics.
Her love for all things medicine and beauty has led her to her passion for Aesthetic Medicine. She loves to keep up with all of the new and upcoming trends, while specializing in enhancing natural beauty. Her background in science ensures that she understands the mechanisms of all medications and treatments. Dr. Shalima Mehta is also an avid makeup and design lover! If she’s not in clinic, she may be testing out the newest makeup or creating a new logo for her clothing line. When she’s not working, it’s safe to assume that she’s hanging out with her one year old son and family.
